L1 Entry Level Fresher - 1 year Chennai Full Time No minimum qualification required Reports to: Facility Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties at assigned client facilities
Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, restrooms, corridors, and common areas to the required standard
Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials correctly and safely
Follow the daily cleaning schedule and checklist provided by the supervisor
Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of correctly
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
Maintain personal hygiene and wear the provided uniform at all times while on duty
Handle cleaning materials and equipment with care and report any damage or shortages
Cooperate with the site supervisor and follow all instructions related to the assigned facility
Maintain a skilled and courteous manner when interacting with client staff and visitors

Requirements




No minimum educational qualification required - freshers are welcome
Willingness to work hard and maintain high standards of cleanliness
Physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Punctuality, reliability, and a disciplined approach to work
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to work in shifts as required by the assigned facility

Nice to Have
Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning in any setting
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
Basic communication skills in Tamil
