L1 Entry Level Fresher - 1 year Chennai Full Time No minimum qualification required Reports to: Security Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Guard and protect assigned client premises and entry points as the designated female security personnel
Conduct frisking and security checks of female visitors and staff as required by the site
Monitor and control the entry and exit of visitors and personnel at assigned access points
Verify visitor identity, maintain visitor registers, and issue visitor passes as per site protocol
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas during the shift
Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies at the site
Ensure no unauthorised persons enter restricted areas
Maintain a daily duty log and report all incidents to the Security Supervisor
Coordinate with male security personnel and the Security Supervisor on site security requirements
Wear the provided uniform and maintain a skilled, smart appearance at all times while on duty

No minimum educational qualification required - freshers are welcome
Physical fitness and valuable health - ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
Alert, disciplined, and responsible attitude toward security duties
Punctuality and reliability - shift-based work requires consistent attendance
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts where required

Nice to Have
Prior experience as a lady guard or female security personnel
Experience in frisking and access control procedures
Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response
Communication skills in Tamil and basic English
