L1 Entry Level Fresher - 1 year Chennai Full Time No minimum qualification required Reports to: Facility Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Assist with general facility support tasks at assigned client sites as directed by the supervisor
Support housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance teams with material handling and logistics
Carry out loading, unloading, and movement of materials, equipment, and supplies within the facility
Assist with the setup and clearance of meeting rooms, event spaces, and common areas
Support waste collection, segregation, and disposal activities
Assist the housekeeping team during peak periods and deep cleaning assignments
Run errands and support tasks within the facility as required by the site supervisor
Maintain cleanliness and order in areas assigned to the support function
Report any damage, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately
Wear the provided uniform and maintain skilled conduct at all times

Requirements




No minimum educational qualification required - freshers are welcome
Valuable physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks throughout the shift
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to work in shifts as required by the assigned facility

Nice to Have
Prior experience in a helper or support role in any industry
Familiarity with facility or housekeeping operations
Basic communication skills in Tamil
