We are looking for a mature, hands-on HR professional to independently manage recruitment, people operations and select administrative responsibilities.

The Role
Own recruitment end-to-end job postings, sourcing, shortlisting, first-round interviews, assessments, offers and joining
Independently assess candidates and present management with strong, relevant shortlists
Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, probation, appraisals and exits
Support employee engagement and day-to-day people matters
Coordinate travel bookings including flights and accommodation
Maintain HR processes and systems

What We're Looking For




Min 15+ years of HR experience with solid recruitment exposure
Excellent communication and professional presence
Solid interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
Highly organised with robust follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable using Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel and HR systems
Mature, dependable and able to work independently

Chennai-based candidates preferred.

This is a high-ownership role working closely with senior management and suited to someone who enjoys the breadth and pace of an entrepreneurial organisation.
