Role Overview

We are looking for experienced FP&A; professionals to join a high-performing finance team. The role will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, working capital, cash flow forecasting and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage P&L; reporting, analysis and financial performance for the assigned business/function.
Drive financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Prepare and manage Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and periodic forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis against budget, forecast and actual performance.
Provide actionable insights to business leaders to support financial decision-making.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers and financial performance.
Drive working capital management and identify prospects for improvement.
Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and liquidity-related analysis.




Support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) initiatives where applicable.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in P&L; ownership, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering.
Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be an advantage.
