Job Description / Responsibilities

This role runs the HR operations and shared services desk for a large, listed NBFC with a nationwide branch network of several thousand employees. The work is transactional HR service delivery across the full employee lifecycle, from post offer to exit, delivered to defined SLAs and TATs on an HRMS, with data governance across regions. Payroll and HRMS are run as supported services on this desk under the wider HR function. The seat suits a career HR operations and service delivery specialist who has run lifecycle operations at scale for a branch based BFSI workforce of sales, collections and branch staff.

Key responsibilities:
Post offer candidate support and engagement
Employee onboarding and documentation support
Employee lifecycle transactions and support
Exit management, transactions and support
Data governance for the respective regions
Attendance support
Payroll support
HRMS support
Stakeholder management across business and HR
Operations governance
eNPS governance
Service level management with defined TATs
People policies

The scale of the desk:
A workforce of several thousand across a nationwide branch network
Multiple regions, each with its own data governance
Service levels that are measured, reported and held to TATs.





Desired profile of the candidate

What We Need
A full time, regular postgraduate in HR. MBA-HR, PGDBM-HR or MSW-HR, all equally valid.
15 to 23 years in HR, with the core of it built inside a bank, an NBFC or a large financial services employer.
Hands on ownership of HR operations, shared services or the employee lifecycle for a branch based commercial workforce of sales, collections and branch staff.
Working depth on an HRMS, named on your CV, for example SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Oracle or Workday.
Chennai based, or ready to relocate to Chennai on your own account.
Stability on the CV, with at least two years in the current role.
