Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Solid hands-on experience in PySpark, Python, and SQL, along with expertise in Automation Testing tools and frameworks.
Proven experience in data migration validation projects.
Solid understanding of Trade Data, Surveillance Alert Validation, Data Reconciliation, and ETL processes.
Extensive Automation Testing experience using Java, Cucumber, and API Automation Frameworks.
Good knowledge of QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and Agile delivery practices.
Hands-on experience in test planning, validation, regression testing, and business sign-off activities throughout the migration lifecycle.
Robust technical expertise in data profiling, gap analysis,



source-to-target mapping, and data issue resolution.
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and developing automation/testing scripts.
Banking domain experience is mandatory, preferably with exposure to Trade Surveillance and Regulatory Compliance programs.

Experience with large-scale data migration and reconciliation programs.
