Should understand After delivery operations (POD/COD collection/COD remittance)
Should be able to work on MIS preparation and analysis
Should be able to reconcile charged weight of shipments and Query resolution
Should be able to coordinate with customers & resolve their issues
Should understand Ecommerce operations cycle
Should have positive geographical knowledge
Should understand management of exceptions (Damages/Delay in connectivity/Delayed deliveries/non-COD remittance
Preferred candidate profile
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Excel.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Must be able to interact with Courier partners effectively & resolve queries.
