Non Human Identitis Project Manager

Solid Project Management experience
Project Management certificates
Strong experience in managing IAM/PAM projects
Lead program planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown, resource planning, and milestone scheduling across all NHI workstreams.
Establish and maintain program governance structures.
Track and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder visibility.
Coordinate delivery activities across technical teams (Architecture, Engineering, Automation) and with internal stakeholders (Security, Platform, Application Owners, Audit).
Manage relationships and coodrianate with third-party vendors and implementation partners.
Produce transparent and accurate program status reports,



executive updates, and milestone dashboards for CISO and senior leadership.
Manage the program budget, tracking actuals against forecast and flagging variances.
Facilitate program workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder working groups.
Drive workstream accountability, maintaining clear ownership of deliverables and action items.
Support change management activities, helping internal teams understand and adopt recent NHI processes and tooling.
Ensure program outcomes are documented and transitioned appropriately into BAU operations.
