About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing day-to-day sales activities, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth order processing and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order-related coordination.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, quotations, invoices, and other sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, accounts, logistics, and dispatch to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, deliveries, and other requirements.
Assist the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and timely communication.




Track sales leads and follow up on pending inquiries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks related to the sales function.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.
