Role & responsibilities:
>Coordinate and manage end-to-end Learning & Development activities for the unit.
>Prepare and implement the annual/monthly training calendar, ensuring timely completion of planned programs.
>Maintain all training-related documentation and records for unit-level compliance and audit requirements.
>Develop training presentations, learning materials and Training MIS for effective monitoring and reporting.
>Identify Training Needs (TNI/TNA) based on requirements, employee performance, competency gaps and operational needs.
>Drive learning-based initiatives to improve employee capability, service quality and organizational effectiveness.
>Prepare periodic L&D; reports and dashboards highlighting training coverage, participation, effectiveness.
