Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Work on requirements received from Implementation Clients / IT Services / System Integrators.
Source, screen, qualify and submit candidates against technical requirements.
Work closely with Account Managers and client SPOCs to understand job requirements.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely submissions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche IT technologies.
Negotiate rates, manage candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
Track submissions, interviews, selections and onboarding.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM.




Ensure compliance with client-specific submission and documentation processes.

Preferred candidate profile
6+ months -3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Robust understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
Good knowledge of technical skills, IT job titles and US hiring practices.
Experience working directly or indirectly with Implementation Clients / IT Services companies.
Robust sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, databases and internal ATS.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts.
