About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analysis (Sales Coordinator)to support the sales team through sales data analysis, reporting, order management, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
Analyze sales data, pace reports, forecasts, and price/volume metrics
Process and track customer orders
Maintain accurate sales and CRM data
Monitor open orders and coordinate with internal teams
Support pricing requests with Finance/Costing teams
Track sales pipeline and project opportunities
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain
Ensure timely and accurate reporting
Support process improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
4–5 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Order Management
Robust MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting & data analysis
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with CRM/ERP such as Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, etc. preferred
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field
Key: This is primarily a Sales Data Analysis & Sales Support role. It does not involve direct customer communication or lead generation.
