Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and identify root causes of problems.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical queries related to electrical installations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including testing results and maintenance schedules.
Candidates from Real estate/ Building construction sector preferred.
