Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to oversee and manage multiple last-mile delivery hubs/stations within an assigned cluster or region.

The ideal candidate should have solid Last Mile Operations experience, preferably with Amazon EDSP/DSP operations, along with proven experience in managing multiple delivery stations, teams, operational KPIs, and P&L.;

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple last-mile delivery hubs/stations.
Drive operational performance, productivity, service quality, and customer experience.
Manage and monitor delivery associates, field teams, and station-level operations.




Ensure achievement of key operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and delivery targets.
Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and operational capacity across multiple hubs.
Monitor attendance, productivity, attrition, performance, and manpower requirements.
Analyze operational data and identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Handle escalations and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and operational SOPs.
Manage station-level and cluster-level P&L; and control operational costs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

3+ years of experience in Last Mile / Logistics / Supply Chain Operations.
