Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Destination Experts who can convert travel inquiries into high-value bookings through consultative selling.

This is a revenue-generating sales role focused on designing customized itineraries, advising clients, and closing holiday packages.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation (Core)
Handle inbound travel inquiries from website, ads, referrals, and walk-ins
Consult clients to understand preferences, budget, and travel goals
Recommend suitable destinations, routes,



and experiences
Design customized itineraries and quotations
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Upsell premium hotels, experiences, and add-ons
Maintain strong follow-up discipline until closure

Destination Expertise
Develop deep knowledge of assigned destinations
Advise clients on best seasons, visa requirements, and logistics
Suggest unique experiences and value-added options
Stay updated on travel trends, supplier offerings, and regulations

Customer Relationship Management
Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
Handle queries professionally via call, email, and WhatsApp
Coordinate with operations team for seamless execution
Encourage repeat bookings and referrals

Documentation & CRM
Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
Ensure proper documentation for bookings
