A rapid-growing consumer technology company is expanding its manufacturing and refurbishment operations through a strategic OEM partner in Bangalore.
nA significant proportion of the company's device assembly is currently carried out at this OEM facility. The scope of operations is now being expanded to include refurbishment activities and in-house manufacturing of plastic cabinets through injection moulding.
nWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant Operations Manager / OEM Operations Lead who will act as the company's dedicated representative at the OEM facility and take end-to-end ownership of operations.
nThe role will involve overseeing the complete operational ecosystem at the facility—from procurement coordination and supplier management to assembly, refurbishment, injection moulding, quality, cost management and adherence to company SOPs.
nThe individual will be responsible for ensuring that the OEM facility consistently delivers against expected standards of quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and operational discipline.

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Tool & Die Making, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.n
