Purple Drive Technologies is looking for a senior business leader who can build, win, and scale business in India.

This is a Hunter + Delivery Leader role. We are looking for someone who can bring strong existing relationships, open new doors, win strategic accounts, and then build the delivery organization needed to successfully execute and scale the business.

Key Focus

We are particularly interested in leaders with established relationships across:
Global Capability Centres (GCCs) / Captive Centres
System Integrators (SIs)
Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Large Enterprise / Technology organizations

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of bringing new clients and generating revenue, not just managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive current client acquisition and business development
Leverage existing GCC, SI, MSP and enterprise relationships
Build and manage a robust new-business pipeline




Develop CXO-level client relationships
Win staffing, consulting, RPO and managed-services opportunities
Identify opportunities to support new and expanding GCCs
Lead consulting, staffing and delivery operations
Build and scale high-performing teams
Own revenue, margins, forecasting and business performance
Expand strategic accounts and drive long-term client partnerships
Work closely with the CEO and global leadership team

What we're looking for
15+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Staffing, Professional Services, Technology Services, RPO or Managed Services
Strong recent logo / hunting experience
Established network across GCCs, Captive Centres, SIs, MSPs or Enterprise clients
Proven ability to engage CXO and senior business stakeholders
Strong track record of generating new business and revenue
Experience leading delivery, operations and large teams
