Position: AI Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a AI Business Analyst to join a high-performing technology team supporting the Results Delivery Office (RDO). This role is ideal for a hands-on Business Systems Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, helping deliver AI-enabled digital solutions, Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint platforms, and Power Platform automations.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Analyze business processes, document requirements, create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support AI-enabled products throughout the lifecycle, including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.
Work with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Power Platform solutions.




Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and support Power Apps and Power BI solutions where applicable.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
Coordinate with development teams during solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Prepare test scenarios, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions, and manage defect tracking.
Support product roadmap planning, release management, documentation, user guides, training materials, and stakeholder communications.
Troubleshoot production issues, workflow failures, access requests, and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
Support AI initiatives including Generative AI use cases, prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and automation prospects.
