About the Job nWama Technology is looking for a hands-on, high-performing IT services sales skilled with a proven track record of personally originating and closing custom software development engagements .
nIn this role, you will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from targeted outbound prospecting and consultative discovery to solutioning, proposal, commercial negotiation, and final contract execution.
nYou will specialize in selling custom software development, system integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions , rather than off-the-shelf SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities n

Targeting & Outbound Prospecting: Collaborate with dedicated market researchers to identify high-value target accounts, develop personalized outreach strategies,



and engage directly with Founders, CXOs, CTOs, and Business Heads.n
Consultative Solution Selling: Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges, identify technology requirements, and position tailored software, integration, automation, and AI solutions.n
Technical Solutioning & Proposals: Coordinate with internal architects and technical teams to develop appropriate solutions, scopes of work (SOWs), estimates, and commercial proposals.n
Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales pipeline, lead commercial and price negotiations, and drive engagements through to final closure.n
Pipeline Management & CRM: Maintain accurate CRM records, structured follow-ups, pipeline visibility, and reliable sales forecasting.n
