nAbout the Role
nWe are actively hiring for the role of the Senior Programmer I - this role is to provide programming support to the statistics and programming department across a range of projects, clients and therapeutic areas.

nThe job tasks listed below outline the scope of the position. The application of these tasks may vary, based on current business needs.

nResponsibilities
nTechnical:
n
n
Perform consistency review of clinical trial documents including protocols, SAPs, CRFs, CSRsn
Author and review easy and complex study TFL shellsn
Author and review simple and complex dataset standardsn
Perform data checks and data exploration (e.g. using frequencies, histograms)n
Program and QC routine and ad hoc datasets and TFLs (in SAS) following specifications, applying good programming practicen
Complete and review CDISC Validation tool reportsn
Ensure the appropriate standards are being applied and adhered ton
Familiarization with easy statistical techniques (e.g. t-test, ANOVA, regression, standard survival)n




Review of project management related documentsn
Maintain study master file documents and any other documents that are required to be audit readyn

nGeneral:

Lead internal and client study team meetings effectivelyn
Present study updates internally and at client meetingsn
Share scientific, technical and practical knowledge within the team and with colleaguesn
Perform work in full compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, company policies, procedures, and trainingn
Build effective collaborative working relationships with internal and client team membersn
Seek prospects to develop innovative ideas, sharing when appropriaten
Line management or mentorship of more junior team membersn
Contribution to development of internal training materialsn
Contribution to internal process improvement initiativesn
