Essential Job Functions:
Integrated Service Desk (ISD) supports * stakeholders and suppliers by managing queries related to Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Global Procurement, and Vendor Risk Management systems and processes.
Leveraging data analytics, we proactively identify customer pain points, recurring issues, and escalation trends.
Where possible, we implement solutions to address these challenges directly.
When systemic solutions are not feasible, we ensure stakeholders have access to accurate information by providing explicit guidance and comprehensive FAQs through Inside * and the Support Center.
Our focus is on enabling effective self-service experiences through knowledge articles,



process documentation, and user education.
By empowering users with the right information at the right time, we reduce effort, improve efficiency, and consistently strive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
