nWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities at our factory office in Cheemasandra, Bangalore.
nThis is a hands-on junior-to-mid-level accounting role for someone who is comfortable working closely with procurement, factory, vendors, project teams, and the central finance function.

nKey Responsibilities
nDay-to-Day Accounting

Handle routine accounting entries and bookkeepingn
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entriesn
Maintain accurate ledgers and supporting documentationn
Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and on timen
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, vouchers, and financial recordsn

nVendor & Purchase Accounting

Verify vendor bills against purchase orders, delivery records, and supporting documentsn




Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile vendor accountsn
Track vendor advances and outstanding paymentsn
Follow up internally for invoice discrepancies or missing documentsn
Prepare vendor payment schedules for approvaln

nFactory Expense Accounting

Record and track factory-related expensesn
Maintain records of labour, material, transport, petty cash, and operational expensesn
Ensure expenses are allocated to the correct project or cost centren
Monitor recurring factory expenses and highlight unusual variancesn

nProject-Wise Cost Tracking

Maintain project-wise accounting recordsn
Track material purchases, vendor costs, labour expenses, logistics, and other project expensesn
Support project profitability and cost analysisn
Ensure project expenses are correctly tagged in the accounting systemn

nBank & Cash Reconciliation
