ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with solid B2C and B2B sales experience to drive revenue through prospect engagement, lead conversion, and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Drive inbound and outbound sales for EdTech products and solutions.
Engage prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant learning solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions.
Engage with B2B prospects and support lead-generation initiatives.
Use sales and prospecting tools to identify and engage potential customers.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion and revenue.
Build solid, long-term relationships with prospects and customers.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, EdTech Sales, B2C/B2B Sales, or a similar role.
