nMandatory Domain Experience:

Experience working on Dubai/UAE Real Estate projects with Property Developers, Leasing, or Property Management companies.n
Solid understanding of Property Sales, Installment Collections, RERA Escrow Processes, Tenant Billing, and Service Charge Settlements.n

nKey Deliverables:

Configure and implement FI-AR/PDC processes.n
Support Real Estate receivables, collections, and escrow-related requirements.n
Execute testing, migration, cutover, and go-live support.n
