Patient Relationship Coordinator

nReports to: Centre Manager / Business Head

Role Summary nWe are looking for a confident and empathetic coordinator to guide patients through counselling, treatment planning, financial discussions, booking, and follow-up.
nCandidates may come from sales, management, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-service backgrounds. Former optometrists, nurses, and other clinical specialists interested in moving into patient counselling and coordination are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities n

Understand patients’ needs, concerns, lifestyle, and expectations.n
Explain hospital services and doctor-advised options in straightforward language.n
Coordinate consultations, investigations, procedures, and follow-ups.n
Reinforce the doctor’s advice without independently making clinical recommendations.n
Explain treatment estimates, packages, insurance, and payment options.n
Address non-clinical concerns and escalate medical questions to the doctor.n




Follow up with patients and support treatment or procedure bookings.n
Maintain accurate counselling, follow-up, and conversion records.n
Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, nurses, diagnostics, billing, and other teams.n
Work towards patient-satisfaction, conversion, and revenue targets ethically.

Candidate Profile n

Graduate or diploma holder in any relevant discipline.n
Suitable backgrounds may include:n
