Technical Requirements
Practitioner/expert-level knowledge of Fast Formula in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience developing, modifying, troubleshooting, and supporting Quick Formulas.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and business processes.
Ability to analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification is an advantage .
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with direct client interaction is an advantage.
