Role description
The Account Manager, US is a recent-business role. You will prospect, engage, and close US ophthalmology practices, working alongside [hiring manager name,



title] to lead and close conversations with physicians, practice owners, and clinic administrators. This is a high-volume, incentive-led sales position for someone who is motivated by targets and comfortable owning the number.

Responsibilities
Own the full recent-business cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close
Run high-volume outbound to US practices by phone, email, and LinkedIn: [100+] dials per day
Lead discovery and demo calls with doctors and clinic admins;
co-close with [hiring manager]
Handle objections on AI, patient privacy (HIPAA), clinical review, pricing, and workflow change with accuracy and composure
Keep Salesforce current with pipeline, next steps, and a weekly forecast
Deliver monthly and quarterly quota.
Hand closed practices to the onboarding and clinical teams with complete context
Support expansions and additional service offerings within the account
