QA Management experience across multiple projects, off-shore and in-house.n
Responsible for Defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.n
Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.n
Be a robust leader with experience in implementing and shaping the companys QA processes and strategies.n
Have robust technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.n
Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.n
Able to motivate a team, recognize valuable talent and bring out the best out of each individual.n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldn
10+ Years in the IT industryn
