nNavigators Financial Services is a Jaipur-based financial services firm helping individuals and families make better financial decisions through financial planning, investments, insurance, tax and retirement planning.

nBudget: 15K - 25K per month (Fixed + Incentives plan)

nThe Role
nThis is a lead-generation role - not an operations role.
nYour job is simple: find the right people, start conversations and create opportunities.
nYou will:

Research and identify potential corporate, institutional and individual prospects.n
Reach out through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other channels.n
Connect with HRs, business leaders and other decision-makers.n
Generate qualified leads and meetings for Navigators.n
Explore opportunities for financial-awareness sessions in corporates, schools, colleges, hospitals and professional communities.n
Follow up consistently and build a strong, active pipeline.n
Explore partnerships, referrals and recent channels for lead generation.n




Maintain lead data and track your pipeline and outcomes.n

nWhat We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills.n
Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.n
Proactive, persistent and target-oriented.n
Positive research and prospecting skills.n
Robust follow-up discipline.n
Comfortable with outbound calling.n
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.n
0–2 years experience; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.n
Financial-services experience is not required.n
