We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in Business Analysis and Scrum to lead and deliver complex technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial link between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project outcomes through effective planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires a balanced blend of project management expertise, analytical capability, and hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance.

Business Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.




Support functional and UAT testing to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and change requests.

Agile/Scrum Leadership
Act as Scrum Master for Agile projects, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize tasks, and remove impediments to ensure continuous delivery.
Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on Scrum principles.

Stakeholder & Team Management
Serve as a single point of contact for business teams, technical teams, and leadership.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
Build solid relationships across distributed/global teams.
Manage vendor interactions as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in Project Management with hands-on Business Analysis exposure.
