Continental Petroleums Limited (CONTOL) is looking for an experienced skilled to lead business development for our Hazardous Waste Management & Incineration vertical.

Experience: 5–6+ years

Industry: Hazardous Waste Management / Industrial Waste / EHS / Environmental Services / Waste Disposal

About the Role

We are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development qualified who can build and maintain strong relationships with multinational, national and large domestic industries and generate recurring business for hazardous waste collection and disposal through our authorised waste management and incineration facility.

This is a field-intensive role involving regular visits to industries, factories, corporate offices and potential customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers generating hazardous and industrial waste
Visit manufacturing plants, industrial units and corporate offices regularly




Build relationships with EHS, Workplace, Sustainability, Procurement, Administration and Plant teams
Understand customers' hazardous waste streams, quantities and disposal requirements
Generate enquiries and convert them into recurring waste-lifting contracts
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure continuous waste lifting
Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers across industries
Coordinate with internal operations/logistics teams for timely waste collection and disposal
Track customer requirements, waste quantities, pricing and commercial negotiations
Identify upcoming plants, expansions and industries with potential hazardous-waste generation
Maintain a structured CRM/customer database and provide regular sales reports
Represent the company professionally in customer meetings and industry interactions
