nKey Responsibilities:

Maintain call and work-related records accuratelyn
Coordinate with the Business Development team and complete assigned tasks on timen
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.n
Identify and assess customers’ needs.n
Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.n




Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.n
Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.n
Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.n
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.n

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinen
Relevant 1 year experience Female preferredn
Positive communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & English n
Interest in Business Developement and salesn
Willingness to learn and work in officen
