What will you do?
Own and grow MySivi's social media presence end-to-end
Build and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teams
Develop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing

formats)
Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiatives
Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scale
Plan and execute growth strategies with transparent KPIs and a practical roadmap
Drive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content

What do we need?
Robust understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems
Experience managing or scaling social media pages is a plus
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus
Analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration
High ownership, speed, and execution ability
Excellent energy and fun to work with
