Working closely with a team of program managers in a fast-paced recruiting organization, our RC is an integral partner in managing intern program related activities ranging across onboarding, early career development, and offboarding, to engage and retain top diverse talent.
This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our engagement programs, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.
This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with interns, managers and internal stakeholders, possess excellent communication skills,
have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a excellent organization of talented individuals.

Essential Job Functions:
Partner with Program Managers to design and scale programs that strengthen company culture, accelerate individual development, drive team productivity, enhance leadership capabilities, and foster learning
Support insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs, lesson learn documents.
Support email to case inbox management
Support live office hours, workshops and events
Support customer communications
Monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables
