About the Role

We are hiring confident and target-driven individuals to join our US K–12 International Sales Team. The role involves connecting with parents across the US, understanding their child’s academic needs, and recommending suitable 1:1 online tutoring programs across Mathematics, Science, Coding, Robotics, English Language Arts (ELA), and other K–12 subjects.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with US-based parents through outbound calls and follow-ups.
Understand students’ academic needs, challenges, and learning goals.
Conduct academic counselling sessions and online product demonstrations.
Recommend suitable tutoring programs based on customer requirements.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Build robust relationships with parents throughout the sales journey.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.




Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Tele-sales, Admissions Counselling, or Education Sales is preferred.
Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on achieving sales goals.
Comfortable working US night shifts.
Willing to work from our Bangalore office.
