ServiceNow Technical Lead
Job Summary:
n The ServiceNow Technical Lead is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within the organization. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that the ServiceNow platform meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow modulesn
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement best-practice solutionsn
Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows and integration with other systemsn
Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practicesn
Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administratorsn




Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsn
Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimizationn
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and architectural standards.n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platformn
Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to ServiceNow strategy and innovationn

nQualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldn
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow developmentn
2+ years in a technical lead or architect rolen
Robust understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIsn
Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript , AngularJS ) n
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)n
Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM , CMDB, and Discoveryn
