About the Role
Einetic Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior Business Development Executive with 2.5–5 years of experience in IT Services Sales.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the IT services industry, proven B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through B2B sales, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, and other lead-generation channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT services and digital solutions.
Promote and sell services including:
Website & Web Application Development
Mobile Application Development
Software Development
IT Consulting & System Integration
Digital Marketing & SEO
Branding & Design
Cloud & Technology Solutions
Other customized IT solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → requirement gathering → proposal → negotiation → closure → handover.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and business discussions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional IT and digital
