Role Objective: Develop brand value and drive market performance of own products by ideating market-relevant strategies, developing high-quality marketing inputs, and ensuring effective on-ground implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning and Budgeting: Develop market intelligence by studying trends and agency reports; participate in annual budgeting and monitor spends throughout the year.
Brand Planning and Execution: Prepare annual brand plans (STP), ideate marketing deliverables (communications, advertisements, etc.), and prepare calendars for CMEs and awareness programs.
Sales Support: Design incentive plans, monitor brand activity adherence, and provide on-going market insights to support the sales force and product demand forecasting.
Customer Relationship Management: Create and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) and manage educational or PG programs.
Vendor Management: Identify, recommend, and negotiate terms with scientific and material vendors while ensuring timely delivery and payment processing.
People & Process Management:



Lead team goal setting, performance appraisals, and induction programs while ensuring adherence to the marketing manual and work norms.

Type of Interaction: Internal
Interaction with: Product Executives, Product Managers, Marketing Heads/HoD , and departments outside Marketing (Sales, HR, R&D;, Supply Chain, Training, etc.).
Nature of Interaction: Routine communication for work tasks, providing updates/inputs, seeking resolutions, coordination for joint tasks, and training/liaising.

Type of Interaction: External
Interaction with: Agents, Vendors, Customers (including KoLs), Consultants, and Industry Peers.
Nature of Interaction: Negotiating, seeking information, providing instructions/feedback, resolving queries, and networking.
