We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition, preferably from an Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing agency.

The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, pitching our services, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identi fy and generate recent B2B business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other channels.
Research and identify brands and businesses that could benefit from influencer and digital marketing services.
Reach out to potential clients and introduce services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
Conduct sales pitches, presentations, and client meetings.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospects and clients.




Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Track industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B usiness Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
Experience in an Infl uencer Marketing or Digital Marketing agency is preferred.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing services.
Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and client acquisition.
Ability to work with sales targets and manage multiple prospects.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead-generation methods.
