Job purpose:

To provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Radius product, driving the design, development, modernization, performance, scalability, and long-term technical evolution of the platform. The role requires deep expertise in .NET and enterprise application development, solid understanding of ERP/business systems, and the ability to work across engineering, product, QA, support, and customer teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Core responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for the Radius product, ensuring solutions align with product strategy,



business objectives, and long-term technology direction.
Lead the design and development of complex product capabilities using C#, .NET 8 or above, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
Define and promote scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance application architectures and development practices.
Drive the modernization of the Radius platform, identifying prospects to improve legacy components, architecture, technology stack, performance, maintainability, and developer productivity.
Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews, evaluate alternative approaches, and make pragmatic technology and design decisions.
Work closely with Product Owners and Product Management to understand business requirements, challenge assumptions where appropriate, identify technical implications, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
