Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales growth initiatives across India, with a sharp focus on SAP, Agentic AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation offerings. The ideal candidate will identify and engage target accounts within mid-size enterprises, large enterprises,



and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) pan-India, nurturing leads and generating qualified meetings and opportunities for the sales team.

The role requires solid prospecting, consultative communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand enterprise technology landscapes and align TuTeck's SAP, Agentic AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation offerings with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research target companies, decision-makers, and buying committees within mid-size enterprises, large enterprises, and GCCs across Pan India.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects for SAP, Agentic AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation engagements through outbound prospecting activities.
Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the sales leadership team.
Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outreach channels
