Job Purpose
Support Engineering Transformation initiatives across Safety & Compliance, Operational Excellence, Customer Excellence, and Cost Leadership.
Contribute to process improvement, analytics, governance, and transformation projects across existing and future systems.
Apply first-principles thinking to solve operational and engineering challenges.
Provide leadership visibility, stakeholder alignment, and decision support.

Key Accountabilities

Safety & Compliance
Track safety and regulatory initiatives.
Support dashboards, KPI reporting, and risk visibility.
Benchmark industry best practices.




Prepare leadership presentations and reviews.

Operational Excellence (Reliability & Resilience)
Analyse performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support reliability, resilience, and business continuity initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.
Develop dashboards, insights, and executive-ready recommendations.

Customer Excellence
Support initiatives that improve customer experience through operational performance.
Track customer-impacting metrics, disruptions, and recovery actions.
Benchmark leading airline practices.
Prepare customer-focused performance reviews for leadership.

Cost Leadership
Support process optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
Track savings, advantages, and implementation progress.
Challenge assumptions using first-principles thinking.
Develop dashboards and presentations supporting cost leadership goals.
