Role Focus

Teaching, Assessment & Student Academic Progress.

Key Skills Required
Explain complex Biology concepts clearly and accurately.
Differentiate teaching according to student ability and diagnose misconceptions.
Design lesson plans, worksheets, tests and revision material.
Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback.
Prepare students for IBDP & IGCSE examinations.
Solid scientific reasoning, experimental data interpretation and classroom management skills.
Effective parent communication and use of LMS/academic trackers.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related discipline.
Solid senior-secondary Biology knowledge and excellent English communication.
Ability to teach through English.
Prior IBDP/IGCSE teaching experience and IB/Cambridge training preferred.
