Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS Financials.
Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery and performance.
Take responsibility for team-level technical decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Provide solutions to issues for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Support continuous improvement of application processes and performance.

Required Skills




Strong experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
Robust understanding of financial processes and workflows within Oracle EBS.
Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with database management and SQL queries.
Solid collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Educational Qualification
15 years of full-time education.

Additional Information
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials is required.
English proficiency is sufficient; there is no specific language constraint.
