Job Overview:
The Associate Qualified Middleware Engineer specializing in Tumbleweed manages enterprise secure file transfer and managed file transfer (MFT) infrastructure. This role ensures reliable, secure, and compliant file exchange between internal systems and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Tumbleweed (Axway) MFT platform for secure B2B and

internal file transfers
Configure and manage trading partner profiles, file transfer agreements, and protocol settings (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS)
Monitor file transfer jobs, manage failures, and ensure SLA compliance for critical file exchanges
Implement security policies including PGP encryption, certificate management, and access controls
Troubleshoot file transfer errors, connectivity issues, and partner-facing integration problems
Perform Tumbleweed platform upgrades, patch deployments, a
