nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Equity Dealer to execute client trades efficiently and accurately across the equity segment, while ensuring compliance with exchange and regulatory norms. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on dealing room experience within a broking firm.
nKey Responsibilities

Execute buy/sell orders for clients across Cash, F&O;, and other equity segments on trading terminals (NSE/BSE)n
Handle high call volumes and process orders with speed and accuracy during market hoursn
Monitor client positions, margins, and exposure limits in real timen
Advise clients on market movements, trends, and trading opportunities as permittedn
Ensure strict adherence to SEBI/exchange compliance, risk management protocols, and internal SOPsn
Coordinate with Risk, Back Office, and Compliance teams on margin shortfalls, RMS calls, and settlement issuesn
Maintain accurate records of client orders, confirmations, and contract notesn
Handle client queries related to trade execution, positions, and account statusn
Support client retention and satisfaction through prompt and skilled servicen
