nJob Summary
nDevelop and manage architectural designs for high-rise residential projects, from concept development through detailed design stages, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for
nexecution at site.
n• Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape
nconsultants Drawings.
n• Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify
nthe standard layouts accordingly.

Knowledge of byelawsn
Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architectn
Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.n

nQualifications
n• Bachelor's / master's degree in architecture
nExperience
nJunior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
nArchitect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
nKey Skills

Code knowledgen

Must have robust written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannadan
