Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Executive

Location: Jhagadia - Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, utilities and electrical/mechanical systems.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, reactors, valves and pipelines.
Coordinate with production and utility teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts and maintenance records.
Ensure proper functioning of plant utilities such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors and DG sets.
Follow safety procedures, permit-to-work systems and chemical plant safety standards during maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and servicing work.




Identify recurring equipment problems and implement corrective actions.
Maintain documentation related to preventive maintenance, breakdowns, inspections and equipment history.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience with pumps, reactors, agitators, compressors, gearboxes and other process equipment.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Positive understanding of plant safety procedures and maintenance practices.
Ability to handle maintenance activities independently and coordinate with production teams.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
