How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
Set and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and documentation practices.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, productive applications and APIs.

Project Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business requirements are met.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Manage task allocation, monitor progress, and remove blockers for the delivery teams.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Drive adoption of recent tools and practices to improve team productivity and product quality.
Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.

Product Ownership & Backlog Management:




Own and prioritize the product backlog for the GCC engineering arm, translating business/regulatory requirements into epics, features, and user stories
Partner with business stakeholders, compliance, and enterprise architecture to define acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
Balance regulatory-driven mandates (compliance deadlines, audit requirements) against feature/tech-debt work and automation/modernization initiatives
Maintain a transparent, transparent roadmap and communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders

Stakeholder Management & Governance:
Act as primary technical liaison between the GCC engineering arm and onshore product/business/compliance stakeholders
Represent the GCC arm in governance forums, steering committees, and architecture review boards
Produce stakeholder-facing artifacts: roadmaps, RACI matrices, status reporting, one-pagers for leadership
